Some days life can be funny! Today didn’t start out that way, but it ended funny.

I finished hauling tile, and was able to hire the right team to lay tile, pergo, and carpet. Everything seems to be shaping up, but that type of detail work, always makes me nervous. It’s probably because I tend to be a perfectionist, and can’t stand making mistakes on tile, and things like that. It’s better that I stay away during the install. Anyway!

This is where the funny part comes in. We spent the evening with some friends, and ended up leaving their house around 11:00 P.M.. I decided to head over to our new home, and make sure the air units were turned off. When I arrived, some lights were on in the house. Hmmmm! I entered the house, and heard some Latin music playing upstairs. Hmmmmm!! Made my way upstairs, one of the bedroom doors was locked. Hmmmmmm!!! I knocked, and a really nice Mexican man comes to the door. Hmmmmmm!!!! I wrestled him to the ground – just kidding!! Through some very good hand gestures, and I understand more Spanish than I speak. I found out that he’s spending the night, because he lives 45 minutes away, and wouldn’t make it back to work tomorrow if he didn’t spend the night. I told him “no problemo!”

FYI – This would only happen in my home – Funny!!!!!:)
